I would LOVE to win this for my daughter. We have a playground down the road from us, but it is made for much older kids so my daughter can't really play with it. This would allow her become more active and independant. Thanks!

Wow, that is so cool! I would love to win this for my three kiddos. We have been planning on putting a set up in our yard, but other things are higher up on our money's priority list.

I have nieces and a nephew next door that would enjoy this along with my kids. It would definitely give them all something to do!

I have 3 kids and although they would all enjoy it, my youngest actually has a need. She is 4 yo and has spent the last 2.5 years in chemo and radiation with leukemia treatment. The effects of the chemo has left with peripheral neuropathy, sort of a weakening and damage to nerves in her hands and feet. She loves to be outdoors and to play and this would give her a wonderful and safe place to go. she has to be careful because she easily loses her grip or footing so it's hard to take her to "large" playgrounds.

I hope we win! Thanks for offering the contest.

I would love to win this playset...homeschooling 5 kiddos, it is great to be able to enjoy the outdoors, but the parks are too far to go to on a daily basis...exercise is something that is needed daily and this would be a great asset to our home school environment:)

We actually live with my parents, and I have 2 boys in this age range! (1 1/2 and the other will turn 4 on Saturday!)
My mom "Nana" hung a rope in the only tree in her back yard for my older son to play on. Besides the bird feeders, the rope in the tree is the only "fun" thing in the yard. Apparently our neighbor behind us is a doctor, and he built one of those HUGE wooden play scapes in his yard for his baby. We have never been invited to play with them. Totally randomly, one day our rope was shreded, as if by an animal! We still can't figure out what happened, unless it was some kind of crazy squirrel or a raccoon gone mad! Anyway, that was the end of that! I have been scouting on Freecycle for a swing set for the longest but I haven't scored one yet. Also sadly my dad lost his job last Friday (October 17).
The reason I want to win this is because it looks FUN, SAFE, and DURABLE and it would be great for my two boys!

Such a fabulous giveaway, thank you so much for offering us a chance to win!

I'm a mom to six children and this would be so great to have in our backyard. We're a military family, new to the area we're in (such is military life) and this post doesn't have as many parks as our last, and our children have been missing that. To have a playset in our backyard, especially for our 4 and 1 year olds who love to swing, would be tremendous, thank you for considering us! :)

This kind of thing is just what she needs to help increase her tone and strength, balance and coordination and other motor skills. I am sure my older duaghters would enjoy this as well.

What an incredible blessing for someone! WOW!
I beg my kids to go out to play but they always exclaim, "But there's NOTHING to DO out there!" They've begged dad for years to build them SOMETHING to play on but we can never afford the materials. We have a huge yard, but nothing to do in it other than kick a ball, so, inside my children sit.
Thank you so much for the chance to win!

How cool is that! My 2.5 year old son LOVES to play outside! However, we have a yard full of fireants and dog poo.

We're hoping to create separate sections of the yard, one for the shed and yard tools, one for the dogs and one just for Nicky to play in. This would really make his part of the yard special!

I'd love to win this because my son is quickly growing out of his "baby" outdoor play equipment. That slide that's a foot and a half off the ground is just not holding the same appeal that it once did. I guess when your legs just about touch the ground while sitting at the top it might be time for an upgrade.

We just moved 6 months ago to our new house. It has the reminents of a play set - just the structure is there but about to fall down. No swings. The fort has a huge hole in the floor and no roof. It basically needs to be torn down. We'd be thrilled to have this for not just our 18 month old but all the kids in our neighborhood! Plus, as a mom blogger, I'll rave about it!

I would love to have one of these in my backyard. When choosing a home I was nine months pregnant and on bedrest so I really was not thinking about outdoor play. We have a big backyard but no playground within a reasonable distance of my home. We usually drive 20 minutes to my favorite playground. With the high cost of gas that doesn't happen often. To have a safe playset in our backyard would be wonderful for my toddler.

Wow! What a great giveaway! You're not going to believe this but little man has never been on a swing or a slide. When you live out in the country like we do, it's very seldom that we go to parks or even a neighbor's house who might have one.

It would be nice to watch him playing on this from my chair through my big ol' windows. We have a huge backyard and nothing in it except for some trucks.

I'm sure he would have a blast with it and I would love to watch him have a blast.

Good luck to all!

Wow! This is an incredible giveaway! My daughter loves going to the playground, but because of my busy work-at-home schedule, I rarely have time to take her there. I also worry about how dirty and/or unsafe said playgrounds might be. We love playing in the backyard, which is our alternative to the playground when time allows. I would LOVE if our backyard could become the playground, and I know she'd have tons of fun with it. And when my stepsons are staying with us, they'd have loads of fun too!

What a wonderful giveaway!

I would love to win this because we have never had a swing set of our very own. This house is the first time we have ever had a backyard and we have a rusty swing set that was given to us by an old neighbor. Only one thing still works on it so a swing set like this would be treasured and used regularly by my children.

Not only that, but with as many friends as we have over and as many neighbors we have entertained, it would be a swing set that is enjoyed by our whole community.

Thank you so much!

What wouldn't I do to win this? We NEED THIS!!! We have a nice size yard, when we bought this house 2 years ago, that was the main reason for buying it, the girls would have a ton of room to play outdoors.

The problem. They have nothing to play with out there. We've wanted to get them a swing set of some sort, but every time we plan to do it, something comes up, we run out of money to do it, or we simply have no way to get it here.

The girls play outdoors, but often times end up coming right back in because they are just plain BORED, you can only play with chalk and ride your trike for so long.

Pleasae choose me to win this, with my husband just getting a new job and Christmas on the way, this would be a wonderful treat and surprise for my girls who would appreciate it more than you know.

Thanks!

I would love to win this. We recently moved to our very first house, and our backyard is lacking in equipment for the kids. My daughter actually resists going outside to play and comes up with excuses because there really isn't much to do in her own backyard. Son, however loves to be back there. I take them to the park, but having it right out back will be a big draw to them. THEY WOULD LOVE THIS, get fresh air and exercise. And my daughter can work on her gross motor skills. It is perfect!

I would LOVE to have this playset for both my daughter and all my neighbors' kids! We all share a big back yard (3 houses - 5 families w/11 kids from 1 1/2 to 14). The swingset we currently have is dilapidated and about to fall apart. It's more of a hazard than a play space. It would benefit all of our families immensely.
Basically, I'd love to win this for our small neighborhood.
All the kids get along famously and it's so great to see kids from all different ages and stages getting together to play.

Life is an adventure. I just seperated from the U.S. Navy in order to be here fro my family. I was the first member of my church to have a baby in a very long time. After I had abby there was a baby born almost every month after her birth up until last Monday! This would be a great way to get other mothers to come over for tea and let the little ones play in the back yard. It is an amazing playground and I have not seen one like it. With out my pay check things are tight so a playground is way off on our list of purchases.

We would love to win because the one we have is very small and is getting ready to fall apart. I love that this one is safe for children as young as my son. I worry about him playing on the one we have now. Winning this would totally liven up our backyard and this would make the kids WANT to play outside!

My girls have been just begging for a playset. I take them to the park when I can but the deer and rabbits like to use the gravel as a bathroom plus a few of the bigger kids smoke and I have to keep them away from the butts and poop. I would love for them to play in their own backyard, we have a fence so no worrying about the animal mistaking it for an outhouse! They also are now climbing all over the house and to save my couch and sanity a playset would be perfet!!

My daughter's new favorite word is adide!!, which means (roughly): "If you don't take me outside right this minute I will make you regret it by whining and screeeeeching til you do it anyway."

So, yea, a nice backyard playground would help. And that is one HUGE understatement. :)

I would love to win this for my daycare kids! We don't play outside much because there are NO parks around here, within walking distance & no sidewalks to walk on to get there. We live in a area that was hit really bad by hurricanes Katrina, Gustav & Ike (most recently) so it's been hard to find much for them to do outside that is still safe. I would love 2 have a place for the kids to play. this set seems to be great! We're also a military family & I watch all military kids, so we all don't have the money to buy new equipment to have at home. Thanks so much for the giveaway & the entry to win it!

First off, thankyou for the contest.

SEcond, I have a nearly 4 year old. Last year, she went through SO much. We had a fire just weeks after christmas and lost most of our personal belongings. On top of that, my husband was exiting the military and we had to live in a hotel for over 3 weeks, her confused why she didnt have her home or christmas presents anymore, and then we pakced up and moved cross country...into my mother in laws house.
My husband worked in a state over till we got a house secured and saw us on the weekends. It took about 7 weeks. From that, we moved into a new state, and had to purchase all new items. The stuff that DID make it out of the fire was left to be professionally cleaned and then shipped to us. Half of what we had left, arrived broken from the movers, including my daughters bedset.

So now she was without her toys, old home, and her bed.

She was SUCH a trooper, living on a mattress until we found something for her.

She has always been bright, beautiful, and very happy.

Some kids would have been distraught with all this, but it was more me feeling guilty, because she took it all with a grain of salt.

Now with the new christmas coming up, I want to make this year very special, to erase all of last years memories.

We live in alabama and this would be used almost year round in our hot weather.

Please consider my girl, charlotte, and make her christmas one that is special!

I'd love to win this for my kids - and all of their friends! We bought our current swingset in 1998 and it's been through 3.5 kids and all their friends. Our youngest is just getting to the age where he can really enjoy it, but it's on it's last legs. We'd just made the decision that it was time to put it to rest. So, we're in the market for a new swingset for our four. On any given day, we have between 4 and 12 kids in our yard! It's almost like a park without the playground equipment!

A LARGE tree fell on our play set months ago, smashing the slide and the tower part, leaving on the swings usable (but I still don't allow the kids on it for fear the whole thing will fall any day now)So we are in need of a replacement soon to keep the kids outdoors and active. Thanks for a fantastic giveaway!

This would be a great way to exert their boyish energy.

This is an amazing giveaway. We have been saving for the holidays, and trying to decide what to get the toddlers (they're going to be 3 and 4 in January) - We won't be able to give them a playset this amazing under the tree, because we are teaching them the value of saving...so we would have to save up for a year to buy it and then pay in full. Sometimes it is hard to live a frugal life, but we know in the end our children will be able to afford things more easily sooner, and they will never have to worry about economic downturn because they will have learned how to save.

I would not only love and take care of this playset to make sure it lasted as long as possible, I would also blog about it in two blogs and share with others what an amazing prize it is. You Tube? Yep. Viddler? Yep. Vimeo. Yep. We love sharing video of the kids and would make sure to spread the word and pay the gift forward if we were to win.

Thank you so much for the opportunity.

We have two kids and one on the way. They LOVE to go outside, and are constantly begging to.

But our swingset is rickety and old (and home-made, not from one of those kits!) and on its last leg.

They would love to have this to play on!

Thanks for such an awesome giveaway!

I so need this for my kids. We have a very very old one right now that is rusted so bad that my son can't even hold on to the swing chains without getting poked or scratched by rust. Then there is the paint that has baked in the sun into a fine powder and comes off on the kids hands. Who knows how much lead is in that! I just told my husband today that the risks in using our old swing are so bad that it has to go. And we just can not afford to replace it. It is a shame because my 20 month old daughter has just discovered how much fun swinging is and it is the only thing keeping her from taking off down the road. (yep she's a runner) I really need this swing set.

I would love this playground set for my kiddos. My middle daughter had major brain surgery last year where she had half her brain removed due to epilepsy. She also has Cerebral Palsy but loves to play with her two year old brother. They would love this. We have always lived in an apartment but finally rented a house that we move into on the 7th of November. This would be great to have something in the backyard for them to play with. Being a single mom is difficult and this is not something I plan to buy anytime soon so the contest is GREAT!

I have 2 boys who would love to have a playground like this! My oldest is a total computer geek (he's 4!) and it can be difficult to get him to play outside. This set is so interesting looking, I think he'd have a hard time resisting. He'd want to know how it works! There's no way we could afford something like this on our own so I really appreciate the chance to win!

What an amazing giveaway!! I would just LOVE to win this for my kids. I have three very energetic little boys who have no swingset and not much at all to do outside (except for a trampoline and there's only so much jumping you can do), which makes them want to stay inside, in front of the tv. We live in the country and there are no playgrounds nearby. They've been wanting something like this for a long time but we just don't have the extra money for it. We would love to win this because we can't afford to purchase such a great thing for our kids right now. Anything that encourages them to play out in the sun and get some exercise is welcome, and they've always asked us for a play structure. Unfortunately, reality doesn't allow for us to spend money on something like this, so we go to parks and playgrounds. How nice it would be to have this option.
Congrats to whoever does win!

Pre-kids, I always swore to myself I would enforce lots of outdoor playtime with my kids, and now that I have a couple toddlers, and another on the way, we finally have a yard...but not much to do in it. A playset is always on our list of wants, as physical enrichment, development and activity is very important to us, but, especially in today's economy, it keeps getting put on the back burner for the more immediate, costly necessities (gas, groceries, rising utility bills). It's disappointing to have to put fun for our kids on hold, as SO many parents are having to do these days, so a give away like this makes it a reality for us in a way that wouldn't be happening in our immediate future otherwise. Thanks for hosting this, us economy strapped moms and dads are eternally grateful!

As a homeschooling, mother of four, I am always looking for ways to provide my children with exercise and fun. The problem I often run into is a lack of time.

Being a homeschool Mom means being busy, busy, busy. There often isn't time to run my kidlets to the neighborhood park. I do all the things a "regular" SAHM does PLUS I teach preschool, 1st grade, 3rd grade, and 7th grade!

Don't get me wrong! I LOVE what I do! I just sometimes wish I could duplicate myself. One of me could take the kidlets out to play and exercise while the other of me could stay in and grade schoolwork, fold laundry, and cook dinner!

If I won this playset I could make lesson plans & grade schoolwork at the breakfast nook table, or even work in my kitchen or living room, and still have full view of my little ones in my back yard. You see, I'm just not comfortable with sending my younger three children out to play where I can't see them. It just doesn't seem like a safe option these days. :-(

I can't double myself (at least not yet... I'm still hoping the technology is just around the corner ;-)

But... having this playset for my kidlets may well be the next best thing!!!

Thank you for your consideration!

She loves the jungle gym at the park, but it's not within walking distance and I can't currently drive do to health problems of my own. She's having surgery to repair the bones in her legs which did not grow correctly and she *really* needs to keep the weight off in order to avoid more surgeries in the future!

I would love to win a Mega Manfred Mantis Playset simply on aesthetics. It is gorgeous! I wish our home was a sleek and modern-looking as these playsets... Roo and Jasper are also big fans of climbing and sliding and I am sure they would be thrilled to pieces to test it out. Also I think my husband needs to be put to work digging the two grounding post holes and filling them with concrete. Perhaps that would encourage him to do the same for the seventies spring rocker snail we bought four years ago before our kids are too old to use it. Or the purple martin house that my parents got us for a mosquito-annihilating Christmas gift last year. Holes need to be dug and filled, people!!!

She goes up to our back door and knocks on it because she wants to go out, but all she can do is run around and around because there is nothing fun to play on out there. I would absolutely love to see the look on my daughters face on Christmas morning if she saw this in the backyard. I would sacrifice any and all presents for myself this year to have the opportunity to give her this! Thanks for such a fantastic giveaway!

My daughter is 3, really active and we have another on the way. She loves playsets at school and really needs the energy relief. When we moved we though we would be able to afford one, but no such luck.
Thanks for the opportunity

We moved and our old playset stayed at the old house. The sellers of our new home were supposed to leave the play set but took it with them leaving only a vacant large square where it used to sit - my kids miss playing on theirs and would be so thrilled to have another - keeping my fingers crossed on this one!

This playset would be perfect for our back yard. Both of my kids would love it. They love to play outside but end up just playing by themselves. They would love to play together on this amazing playset. Thanks for the chance.

My son loves the outdoors, but the backyard is the dogs. We would like him to have something to play on that we could fence in so he could have a play area free from dog poo. This would be wonderful for us. We've thought about making him something, but my husband is not really a builder, so this would be perfect.

We have a local park that borders 2 main roads with no safety fence, lierally, if you turned away, the kids could be in the road. You get mu drift, but thanks for the chance to win!

This giveaway is unbelieveable. Would love to win as we simply don't have one as its not on our financial priority list, as I am sure is the case with many or your commentators. We currentlh have a 3 yr old with one on teh way, so it would definitely get some use and I'm sure all our neighbourhood kids would be around too.

I would very much love to win this for my father's backyard. When the kids go to visit they don't have anything to do outside so they stay inside and play games on the TV or watch TV. My kids and my niece and nephew would love to have this fun playground to play on.

Thanks for the wonderful giveaway!!!

This is definitely not your run of the mill playsets! It is very unusual in a great way. I really like the design and layout of the "Manfred Mantis!" My children and the neighborhood children would really enjoy playing together on this outdoor set. The tent-like area is fantastic. Love it! Please enter me in your fabulous giveaway drawing. Many thanks.....Cindi

That is a gorgeous and high-tech looking playset, I've never seen anything like it. There are nine children on my block and they all seem to gravitate towards my back yard. I would love to have this to keep them busy (and from digging up my flowers or making mudpies or chasing the cat)
This would be an incredible win and would make my neighborhood's whole year!

Thank you for the generous giveaway!

WOW! I wish they had a swing set like this when I was little. I would love to win this for my grand kids (and me too - I still love the swings) I remember sitting on my grandmother lap swinging when I was little, then learning to pump so you could swing by yourself. It is such a wonderful free feeling and I love for my grandkids to be able to have this wonderful swing set to gain the love of swinging at high as you can go... I am going to have to stop by the local park to get on a swing again. It's been a while and this contest reminded me how much I loved it!

I live in the country with a huge backyard, but an old wooden playset that doesn't have anything but a couple swings on it. It's boring. I'd love to have an awesome playset that would keep my boys busy outside (and would keep me from swinging them for 5 hours straight!).

This looks so incredible- my son would love it! He loves to be outside- whether in the yard or at the park. We're military and move a lot (3 times in the last 4 years), so those huge heavy wooden ones are pretty much out for us- and this looks like it would fit the bill perfectly! He would just adore playing with this.

Most of the time my house seems like Grand Central Station when all the company we have and this would make a wonderful addition for the kids. Right now I just have a Little Tykes workbench for the kids outside.

this would be great to put in our newly fenced in yard. We live in a aprsonage, so it is hard for me to want to invest in something that will stay with the house, since we don't own it. I would love a Manfred Mantis playset. I am especially interested in the way the playset is attached to the ground with a secure placement system.

Our backyard playset was knocked over and crushed by the wind from a hailstorm. We rebuilt it because we could not afford to buy another playset. I am very afraid that the swingset will collapse due to our makeshift repairs. My son is 5.

FANTASTIC giveaway!!

My youngest son is 5 and is both Apraxic and on the Autism Spectrum. He lives to be outdoors, one of the few activities that really works with his idiocincracies. Having just relocated to rural Florida, this would be perfect for him. We don't have the snow to contend with now and have a nice piece of property on which to house it. Perfect!

Thanks for offering this wonderful giveaway! Good luck to everyone!

My daughter is a mom's dream--she'll sit and read with me for twenty books at a time, she'll sit and entertain herself by playing with her stuffed animals at her play table, most of the time, she sits. She does love to play and run, but she doesn't really have any motivation to do it right now. We just moved and we now have a backyard, but no toys. I'd love to have something like this that would be easy enough for her, a three year old, and able for her brother to grow into it (he's 8 months). This looks very cool. thank you!

Wow, what an amazing playset! My 2-year-old has always been a little behind her peers in physical dexterity so it's hard to bring her to the playground because she can't climb and play like the other kids, which makes her frustrated. She's also going to have a new little sister next month and it would be so great to have her be able to play in our yard instead of having to pack everyone up to go to a playground.

Thanks for the great giveaway!
