The new Retail Experience Center on Microsoft's Redmond, Wash., campus, unveiled last Thursday, is designed to educate and improve the experience of consumers who purchase Windows-based PCs in retail stores.
Coupled with the new Seinfeld and Gates ad campaign about nothing, Microsoft is putting in increased efforts to reach potential and existing customers and show them "how" buying a PC is better than other computers instead of simply telling them "why".
