Divine Caroline is launching a new viral initiative to recognize excellence in women's Web sites and blogs: Love! This Site Awards.Eighteen winners will share $4000 in cash prizes and will also be recognized on DivineCaroline.com. Nominations and voting has already kicked off with very impressive candidates already in the starting blocks racing toward getting the most votes. In addition to nine winners who represent categories from parenting to travel there will also be editor's picks that also win.
"The Love! This Site Awards are a natural follow-on for DivineCaroline, a site that gives real women -- not just bloggers -- the opportunity to publish like real pros," said Kate Thorp, CEO and co-founder of Real Girls Media Network. "We're here to raise the voice of all women, and we can't wait to see what the community has to share and what sites it singles out." Thorp adds, "As one of the few sites talking about every aspect of adult women's lives -- from relationships and style to careers and home life -- DivineCaroline is honored to recognize the achievements of these influencers."
